You must have permission to upload and process the material you provide. Do not upload confidential records, exam answers, or content you are not allowed to use.

Generated content

AI-generated cards and answers can be incomplete or wrong. Use the displayed source evidence to verify important information. Jinbal must not be used as the only source for medical, legal, safety, or other high-stakes decisions.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access another person's account or connected services.
• Do not upload malware, abuse service limits, or interfere with the product.
• Follow your school's academic-integrity rules when using generated study material.

Connections and availability

Jinbal depends on external AI, Canvas, Gmail, database, and storage services. Connections may be unavailable or changed by their providers. The current ChatGPT connection remains a beta dependency until a production-supported integration is confirmed.

Account closure

You may export or delete your account from Settings. Jinbal may suspend access when needed to protect users, connected services, or the product.
